Organic Rosé

Made from organic Lambrusco grapes, vinified as a rosé and then acetified through very slow static oxidation at a natural temperature. The slow artisanal process ensures the preservation of aromas and fragrances, and allows for an acidity that is never aggressive, yet beautifully bold and distinctive. The rosé vinification gives the product finer aromatic nuances than the red version. Ideal for salads, dips, fish marinades, and roasts.
