Organic Chili Pepper

To flavor our product, we use the straight, thin, crushed dried chili pepper known as the "Calabrese cigarette," the hottest chili pepper in Italy. It has a full-bodied aroma with a well-balanced bitterness and spiciness, and the flavor and aroma of chili pepper. Excellent served raw on grilled red meats, vegetables, pasta, legumes, and pizza.
