This is a lightly fruity extra virgin olive oil, golden yellow in color with olive-green highlights. The aroma reveals the cultivar's distinct aroma, with herbaceous and floral notes. On the palate, it reveals a delicately fruity flavor, with hints of fresh almond, tomato, and apple. Excellent as a condiment on raw, roasted, or steamed fish, shellfish, carpaccio, and boiled vegetables.
