Monocultivar Favolosa Organic

It's a medium-fruity oil, intensely golden yellow in color with greenish hues. On the nose, it features vegetal notes and hints of artichoke, celery, chicory, and balsamic notes of basil and mint. On the palate, it has a light to medium spiciness. Excellent as a condiment on fish dishes, vegetable appetizers, and white meats.
