Organic Fig

This fig dressing is the result of a wonderful blend of oak-aged balsamic vinegar and fig. It's brown in appearance. On the nose, it offers a soft, sweet fig aroma. Its flavor is rounded with a subtle acidity that lends a light touch. Excellent on desserts, ice cream, yogurt, and fruit salads, but also for flavoring meats and cheeses.
